Accepted Answer

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from Asia Tourz.

Asia Tourz reserves the right to release bookings if payments are not received within the specified time.

Question 2

Payment Policy

Accepted Answer

To secure your reservation, payments must be made as per the following schedule:

Advance Payment

A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to confirm airline tickets, hotels, visa processing, or other services.

45 – 30 Days Prior to Departure

75% of the total tour cost or the non-refundable component (whichever is higher) must be paid.

Within 30 Days Prior to Departure

100% of the total tour cost must be paid before departure.

Last Minute Bookings

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

Bank Transfer

UPI / Online Payment

Credit or Debit Card

Cash (as per company policy)

Failure to complete payment within the given time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges may apply.

Question 3

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule:

15 – 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total tour cost will be non-refundable.

10 – 15 days prior to departure: 75% of total tour cost will be non-refundable.

Within 10 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost will be non-refundable.

Special Cancellation Conditions

Air Tickets / Hotel Bookings: 100% cancellation charges apply for non-refundable bookings.

Cruise / Visa Fees: Cancellation charges will be as per actual charges from service providers.

Price Policy

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change due to:

Currency fluctuations

Airline fare changes

Government taxes

Fuel surcharges

Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Question 5

Passport & Visa

Accepted Answer

Travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Visa approval is subject to the respective embassy or consulate.

Asia Tourz will assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee visa approval.

Question 6

Travel Insurance

Accepted Answer

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international tours.

Asia Tourz will not be responsible for any medical emergencies, accidents, loss of baggage, or travel disruptions.

Question 7

Changes to Itinerary

Accepted Answer

Asia Tourz reserves the right to modify or amend the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Alternative arrangements will be provided wherever possible.

Question 8

Force Majeure

Asia Tourz will not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by:

Natural disasters

Political disturbances

Airline delays or cancellations

Government regulations

Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

Any additional expenses due to such events must be borne by the traveler.

Question 9

Liability

Accepted Answer

Asia Tourz acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators.

Asia Tourz shall not be responsible for any:

Loss

Injury

Accident

Delay

Damage caused by third-party service providers.

Unused Services

Accepted Answer

No refunds will be provided for unused services, including meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation.

By confirming a booking with Asia Tourz, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
