Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from Asia Tourz.
Asia Tourz reserves the right to release bookings if payments are not received within the specified time.
To secure your reservation, payments must be made as per the following schedule:
Advance Payment
A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to confirm airline tickets, hotels, visa processing, or other services.
45 – 30 Days Prior to Departure
75% of the total tour cost or the non-refundable component (whichever is higher) must be paid.
Within 30 Days Prior to Departure
100% of the total tour cost must be paid before departure.
Last Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made through:
Bank Transfer
UPI / Online Payment
Credit or Debit Card
Cash (as per company policy)
Failure to complete payment within the given time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges may apply.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule:
15 – 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total tour cost will be non-refundable.
10 – 15 days prior to departure: 75% of total tour cost will be non-refundable.
Within 10 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost will be non-refundable.
Special Cancellation Conditions
Air Tickets / Hotel Bookings: 100% cancellation charges apply for non-refundable bookings.
Cruise / Visa Fees: Cancellation charges will be as per actual charges from service providers.
